1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account or using Petzly, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Petzly.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Petzly account or use the community feed, and old enough in your country to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you may only use Petzly with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Petzly is rated for ages 13 and up because the app includes a community feed where members see AI-generated content created by other users.
3. The service
Petzly helps you create AI-generated videos and images from pet photos and creative themes. Features may include drafts, a gallery, a community feed, profile pages, credits, subscriptions, promotional rewards, ads, and support.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be experimental, limited, or available only in certain regions or on certain platforms.
4. Accounts and sign-in
Petzly accounts are created and accessed only through Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. We do not offer a separate email-and-password login. You are responsible for keeping the Google or Apple account you sign in with secure, and for activity under your Petzly account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription; manage that separately, as described in section 10.
5. Your content and permissions
You keep your rights in the photos, captions, posts, and other content you submit to Petzly (“Your Content”). You grant Petzly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, create AI-generated derivative works from, and transmit Your Content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service, including showing the posts you publish to other users in the community feed.
You confirm that you have all rights needed to upload Your Content, including photos of any people who appear in them. Do not upload content that violates another person’s rights, privacy, or the law.
6. AI-generated output
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content generated for other users. Review generated content before you download, publish, or share it.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the outputs you generate through Petzly. Petzly does not guarantee that outputs are unique, suitable for a specific purpose, or free from third-party claims.
7. Community feed, reporting, and blocking
Petzly includes a community feed where you can publish your creations and view, like, or comment on content shared by other users. You are responsible for your own activity and content in the feed.
If you see content or an account that breaks these Terms, you can report it from within the app. You can also block another user to stop seeing their content and prevent them from interacting with you. Our team reviews reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users, Petzly, or our service providers.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Petzly to:
- Create, upload, publish, or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or sexually explicit content.
- Violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Impersonate others, or present generated content as real where that would be misleading or harmful.
- Harass, bully, or target another user, including after they have blocked you.
- Reverse engineer, overload, scrape, disrupt, or bypass the service, its security controls, payment systems, or usage limits.
- Send spam, commit fraud, distribute malware, or carry out any illegal activity.
9. Credits and one-time purchases
Petzly uses credits for generation requests. You can get credits by buying a one-time credit pack, subscribing to a Petzly Premium plan, or redeeming promotional credits such as a promo code. Credit packs are one-time purchases: they do not renew or charge you again.
Credits are used when a generation request is submitted. Failed, moderated, or interrupted generations may not always be refunded unless required by law or stated in the app. Promotional credits may expire or have extra limits, and credits have no cash value.
Where offered, watching a rewarded ad can shorten the wait before a generation starts. Rewarded ads do not add credits.
10. Subscriptions
Petzly Premium offers auto-renewable monthly subscriptions, currently Basic, Pro, and Creator, that include a recurring credit allowance and additional features. The price, billing period, and what each plan includes are shown in the app and on the App Store or Google Play before you buy, and may vary by region and platform.
Auto-renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your store account settings. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the current period is not refunded.
Free trials. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Changing plans. You can move between Basic, Pro, and Creator at any time. The change takes effect according to Apple’s or Google’s upgrade and downgrade rules.
Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled under their policies.
11. Advertising
Free-tier accounts may see ads served through Google AdMob after their first successful generation. Ads help keep Petzly free to download. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is used and how to limit ad tracking.
12. Third-party services
Petzly relies on third-party providers for sign-in, payments, analytics, notifications, hosting, AI generation, storage, advertising, and diagnostics. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Intellectual property
Petzly, including its brand, characters, software, design, logos, and features, is owned by Petzly or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of Petzly’s intellectual property.
14. Termination
You may stop using Petzly at any time. We may suspend or end your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, abused the service, or if continued access would harm Petzly or others.
15. Disclaimers
Petzly is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petzly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or generated content.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as updating the date above or showing a notice in the app. If you keep using Petzly after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
