1. Agreement to these Terms
By using Petzly, you agree to these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Petzly.
2. The service
Petzly helps users create AI-generated images and videos from pet photos, prompts, templates, and other inputs. Features may include drafts, galleries, social sharing, profile pages, credits, subscriptions, rewards, and support.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be experimental, limited, or available only in certain regions or platforms.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to use Petzly. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your content and permissions
You keep your rights in photos, prompts, captions, posts, and other content you submit to Petzly. You grant Petzly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, and transmit your content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
You represent that you have all rights needed to upload and use your content. Do not upload content that violates another person's rights, privacy, or the law.
5. AI-generated output
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before downloading, publishing, or sharing it.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use outputs you generate through Petzly. Petzly does not guarantee that outputs are unique, suitable for a specific purpose, or free from third-party claims.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Petzly to:
- Create, upload, publish, or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or sexually explicit content.
- Violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent generated content as real where that would be misleading or harmful.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, disrupt, or bypass the service, security controls, payment systems, or usage limits.
- Use Petzly for spam, fraud, malware, harassment, or illegal activity.
7. Credits, subscriptions, and purchases
Petzly may offer credits, subscriptions, paid features, trials, or promotional rewards. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by those platforms and are subject to their payment, refund, and cancellation terms.
Credits may be consumed when a generation request is submitted or processed. Failed, moderated, or interrupted generations may not always be refundable unless required by law or stated in the app. Promotional credits may expire or have additional limits.
8. User posts and sharing
If Petzly lets you publish, share, like, comment, or follow other users, you are responsible for your activity and content. We may remove content, limit distribution, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users, Petzly, or service providers.
9. Intellectual property
Petzly, including its brand, software, design, logos, and service features, is owned by Petzly or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Petzly's intellectual property.
10. Third-party services
Petzly relies on third-party providers for authentication, payments, analytics, notifications, hosting, AI generation, storage, distribution, and diagnostics. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
11. Termination
You may stop using Petzly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the service, or if continued access would harm Petzly or others.
12. Disclaimers
Petzly is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petzly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or generated content.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Petzly after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
